This weekend I went to dinner with my wife to "Gavia", a Valentine Special Dinner San who prepared this restaurant, and for which designed tasting menu consisting of:
- Bloody Mary Country Cheese and Boqueron
- Prawns Grilled Lemon-flavored
- Fillet of Cod with Crunchy Broa Bread and Caramelized Onion
- Creamy Mascarpone Foam with Mango and Green Apple Sorbet
- Water, wine , cafes and shots
I have to say that for me, this is one of the best restaurants that are currently in the region of Ferrolterra the attention of the waiters have been Quite right, the food was very good and well presented, and the environment very nice. I have to stand out from all the dishes the "Lomo de Bacalao", when I finished I told my wife that had long proved a fish not so good, the raw material was first rate and the same preparation. I also have to mention the green apple sorbet, I had not ever tasted and the truth is I was to repeat.
I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Quique Sanchez , And I found a very nice person, which has more than demonstrated their professionalism by the dishes prepared. He told me in his letter soon include the recipe for "Grilled Cod with Crunchy Broa Bread and Caramelized Onion " I have no doubt it will be a success.
