RESTAURANT LAS Chimene (Ferrol)

I just read in the Voz de Galicia a story that talks about opening a new restaurant in Ferrol, is called "Chimneys Restaurant" and located in Serantes. From what I have read, his specialty is exotic meats such as gazelle, camel, kangaroo, implala, ostrich, ..., a part of the traditional meat of life, which we cook ourselves if who so desire. The truth is that was missing a venue of its kind in the area. I hope to try it soon and write a good review on this, however I look forward to what we can discuss our readers. Deputy
